If you are a regular reader of FFD Magazine, you will know that I write the ActionScript programming column. Over the past few months I’ve shown how to create an online XML data-browser which could be used to implement things such as quizzes or FAQ applications. In this month’s article I explain how to let users filter the data items using categories so that, for instance, you could choose to display all items about Flash and Flex but not about AIR. If you need a simple XML-based data browser, you may want to give it a try.
