Google Maps is a fab new thing. A sort of super route-finder, it can give you directions from just about anywhere to just about anywhere. But I’d suggest you don’t take its advice literally!

Try this...

Go to Google: http://www.google.com

Click on the link to Maps.

Click the Get Directions tab at the top.

In the left-hand From box, enter: New York

In the right-hand To box, enter: Paris, France

Click the Get Directions button.

Now scroll down the list of directions till you get to Step 24.

I’m still trying to work out if they’re serious
