NEIL MOFFATT   Neil Moffatt is a programmer, artist and photographer. He is an Electronic Engineering Graduate, which took him to 4+ years at the BBC in London before 12 years at IBM on the South Coast of England. Subsequently he became self employed as a programmer, designer, woodworker, artist, photographer, and any other trade that paid. Has a strong interest in usability and puts this into practice with www.delphibasics.co.uk, a tutorial and reference site for Delphi, which now receives 10,000+ hits a day; and also www.designbasics.co.uk, a more explicit portal for usability ideas.
